  • Does Preston Manor cater to other events?

    Preston Manor accommodates a variety  of events, primarily weddings, but also includes corporate gatherings, entertainment events, and private functions.

  • What is the seating capacity at Preston Manor?

    Preston Manor can accommodate up to 120 seated guests. We can cater to larger crowds utilising the outdoor pavilion and grounds for standing events.

  • Can I book a tour of Preston Manor?

    Absolutely. We look forward to meeting you and showing you around Preston Manor and all it has to offer. Please book your tour here.

  • Do you offer on-site accommodation?

    Currently, we do not offer on-site accommodation, however we have future plans to include lodging for the bridal party and family as part of Phase 2 of the development at Preston Manor.


    In the meantime, we can recommend a selection of nearby accommodation options for your convenience. ( *List local AirBNBs, hotels in Toowoomba and nearby)

  • How much notice is required to secure a wedding date at Preston Manor?

    We’ve just reopened Preston Manor after a revitalizing facelift. The calendar is now open and the dates are there for the taking. It is best to reach out to us as early as possible to secure your preferred date. 


    Typically, Saturdays are the most sought-after day of the week. Preston Manor is now taking bookings from a month's notice to years in advance. We look forward to hearing from you.

  • Does Preston Manor serve Bone Idol Brewery beer?

    Absolutely. Our very own much loved bone Idol beer is brewed onsite. It adds a unique and personal touch to wedding celebrations and other events. 


    Our craft beer is known for its sessionable drinking quality, conversation starter and setting the social atmosphere for celebrations. Happy to take you on a sneaky brewery tour and taste testing.

    We sure do. Here are 10 points to follow:


    1. Venue Booking

    - Reach out to Preston Manor for availability and pricing

    - Pay a deposit to secure your booking

    - Review and sign the Preston Manor agreement


    2. Guest List

    - Create a guest list, we can cater for 120 guests seated, larger numbers if standing/cocktail style

    - Send out invitations with RSVP date


    3. Ceremony Planning

    - Choose ceremony location - indoor/outdoor combination at the Preston Manor

    - Book a licensed officiant

    - Decide on personalised vows, readings and who will deliver them


    4. Layout & Seating

    - Seating Plan: Arrange tables for guests based on your guest list

    - Ceremony Setup: Organise seating for the ceremony area

    - Decorations: Plan floral arrangements and other decor


    5. Food & Beverage

    - Menu Selection: Work with Preston Manor to determine the menu

    - Dietary Restrictions: Check for guest dietary needs


    6. Music & Entertainment

    - Ceremony Music: Choose musicians and songs for the ceremony
